Sports Bar Kota hakee kahta kokkia määräaikaiseen työsuhteeseen loka-huhtikuun 2026-2027 ajaksi.

Sports Bar Kota sijaitsee Levi tunturin eturinteen juurella ja on tunnettu after ski -baarina sekä rentona ruoka-, viini– ja cocktail-ravintolana kauden jokaisena päivänä. Monipuolisen ruoka- ja juomatarjonnan ohessa Kodassa seurataan urheilulähetyksiä formuloista jääkiekkoon ja jalkapallosta dartsiin.

Haemme joukkoomme kahta reipasta ja motivoitunutta sesonkikokkia talvikaudelle 2026-2027. Jos viihdyt kiireisessä keittiössä, ryhmätyö on juttusi ja haluat olla osa Levin vilkkainta talvisesonkia, tämä paikka voisi olla sinua varten!

Toimenkuva

  • Ruoanvalmistus ja annosten kokoaminen à la carte -listan ja/tai lounaslistan mukaisesti

  • Raaka-aineiden vastaanotto, varastointi ja hävikinhallinta

  • Keittiön puhtaudesta ja omavalvonnasta huolehtiminen

  • Yhteistyö salihenkilökunnan kanssa sujuvan asiakaspalvelun varmistamiseksi

Työsuhteen kesto

  • Määräaikainen työsuhde alkaa sopimuksen mukaan loka-marraskuussa ja päättyy huhtikuun lopussa 2027.

  • Työ on kokoaikatyö: 112,5h/3vk.

Odotamme sinulta

  • Alan koulutusta tai vastaavaa työkokemusta ja kykyä itsenäiseen työskentelyyn (Hygieniapassi)

  • Positiivista asennetta ja paineensietokykyä

  • Joustavuutta työvuorojen suhteen (ilta-, viikonloppu- ja pyhätyö)

  • Suomen ja/tai englannin kielen taitoa

We’re Hiring: Two Chefs for the 2026–2027 Winter Season in Levi

Are you interested in working in Levi during the winter season?

Sports Bar Kota is looking for two chefs for fixed-term positions for the October/November 2026–April 2027 winter season.

Sports Bar Kota is located at the foot of Levi’s front slopes and is well known as an après-ski bar as well as a relaxed restaurant offering food, wine and cocktails throughout the season. Alongside our diverse food and drink selection, we show live sports ranging from Formula 1 and ice hockey to football and darts.

We are looking for two energetic and motivated seasonal chefs to join our team for the 2026–2027 winter season. If you enjoy working in a busy kitchen, are a team player and want to be part of the lively winter season in Levi, this could be the job for you!

Your responsibilities

  • Preparing food and assembling dishes according to the à la carte and/or lunch menu

  • Receiving, storing and managing ingredients, including minimizing food waste

  • Maintaining kitchen cleanliness and following food safety and self-monitoring procedures

  • Working closely with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth and efficient customer service

Employment

  • Fixed-term employment starting by agreement in October or November 2026 and ending at the end of April 2027

  • Full-time position: 112.5 hours / 3 weeks

What we expect from you

  • Culinary education or equivalent work experience, with the ability to work independently

  • Finnish Hygiene Passport

  • A positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure

  • Flexibility regarding working hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays

  • Good command of Finnish and/or English

We consider it an advantage if you have

  • Previous experience working in a seasonal restaurant or tourist destination

  • Experience in à la carte cooking
